For Gingerbread Cookies:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Aromatica Gingerbread Spice Mix
225 gr butter, melted and cooled
213 gr brown sugar
170 gr granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
355 gr all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and the Aromatica Gingerbread Spice Mix.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir to form your cookie dough.
IMPORTANT: Cover and chill the dough for a least 1 hour before forming it into cookies
Bake and enjoy!
For Gingerbread Muffins:
Ingredients:
▢2 ½ cups flour
▢1 tablespoon Aromatica Gingerbread spice mix
▢2 teaspoons baking powder
▢1 teaspoon baking soda
▢¼ teaspoon salt
▢½ cup milk
▢½ cup brown sugar
▢½ cup molasses (corn syrup or honey can be used instead)
▢⅓ cup oil
▢2 large eggs
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk ,sugar, molasses, oil, eggs and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and the Aromatica Gingerbread Spice Mix.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir to create a batter.
Pour the mixture in muffin cups and sprinkle on top some coarse sugar (optional)
Bake and enjoy!
For Gingerbread Pancakes:

▢2 teaspoons baking powder
▢¼ cup brown sugar
▢½ teaspoon salt
▢1 ¼ cup milk
▢⅓ cup molasses
▢2 large eggs
▢3 tablespoons vegetable oil
