

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Aromatica Pasta Seasoning (Meat Sauce & Gravy)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 carrots, trimmed & chopped
2 marrows, trimmed & grated
500gr minced beef
1 tin of tomato paste
50ml of water
pasta of your choice: spaghetti or penne
Preparation:
Cook the base
Heat the olive oil in a large pan on medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and cook for ~3–4 minutes until soft.
Add vegetables
Stir in the carrots and grated marrows.
Cook for another 5 minutes until slightly softened.
Brown the beef
Add the minced beef.
Break it up and cook until browned (about 6–8 mins).
Add flavour
Stir in:
1 tin of Tomato paste
50ml water
1 tsp Aromatica pasta seasoning for meat sauce and gravy
Simmer
Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add a splash more water if it gets too thick.
Cook pasta
Boil the pasta in salted water according to packet instructions.
Drain.
Combine
Serve sauce over pasta (or mix together in the pan).
Garnish
Garnish with Aromatica Parsley and serve with some grated cheese if desired.
